Above – 1954 Ford – 1:25 scale – Photo taken 2005-12-05 – Flywheel cars had "play value". Although they were very accurate scale models, the manufacturers hedged their bets by adding a flywheel and gear set to power the rear wheels.
Above – 1954 Ford – 1:25 scale – Photo taken 2005-12-05 – The chassis was obviously used for two different cars on two different wheelbases. Also note the offset that I put in the front (and rear) of the frame to lower the car.
